The R720 delivers maximum Acer Altos performance density of flexible stand-alone server and simplifies cabling and helps reduce behind-the-rack clutter. Serial attached SCSI technology boosts storage performance to 3Gb/s per channel. Quad channel full buffered memory boosts performance, and is expandable to 32GB for future investment protection.
